Here I have used different photos I have taken as shown in the first image being created in one. Distorting them by making a glitch like effects with different

On digital, I have used photoshop, since it’s one of the softwares for me to easily edit the images. When photoshopping, you’re free to do almost anything with the images, such as blending, changing opacity, changing hues, drawing, etc.

This is how I have used the different digital techniques to make a distortion and manipulation.

Using another original photo I have taken of a single person, I have decided to experiment on making effects and aesthetic colours in one image




To make it a bit extra, i have decided to make small drawings of specific edge of areas such as eyelids and nose



Then chaging the opacity of the original photo to some half transparency. I also use an overlay tool to  use paint tool to draw over and make it more aesthetic and effective.




Then using the hue and saturation tool to make it more colourful and contrasting



Then changing the hue to some aesthetic colours, at same time as using a brush with the blue colour


Then somehow by accident i have used a brush which created a negative-like effect

What i like about this work is that it looks saturating and standing out in the image, along with the flower and spiral doodles on an  aesthetic, pink and blue image

Maybe making it more clearer within the outlines i drawn digitally

What I like about this piece is the success in playing with the opacity to create the transparency for the fog and the water, combing them all together into making a weird place of trees, where the surface is sealed with water and bushes

- The Minuses -

What I dont like about this piece is the visibility of the marks from the eraser on the person's face



What I've done first was uploading the image to photoshop




Uploading another image I've taken and layering it under,  I've decided to change the hue setting and the saturation, along with the lighting





When finishing with the setting play, I've used a specific brush in photoshop that has the shape of a flower, and used it as an effect and decoration for the manipulation, along with using an eraser to ake a lighting on the outside edges of the person.

What I liked about this work is the aesthetic theme and effect that creates some cold tones

What I could've improved on would be the  fixing the the lighting, the image looks too dark

What I like about this work is the transparency of the two separate images with the contrasting colours, that could possible create a 3D effect

What I dislike about it is the remaining roughness that is visible from the drawn outlines

What I like about this piece is the fiery effect being overlayed by a drawing sketch i have created, creating a warm effect
